The company was formed in 1998 and has developed and implemented its award winning Products & Services that have been implemented in over 100 different clients, on 500+ capital projects of various size and complexity with a combined construction cost of over €10 Billion across a diverse range of organisations in industry sectors such as, Transport, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Education, Sports Stadia, Health, Commercial and Technology.

 Responsible for all financial and operational aspects of this housebuilding company. Formulated all project budgets and produced and analysed reports for Managing Director. Collated and analysed figures for end of year accounts, liaised with auditors to discuss figures in detail. Monitored all costs and established new IT system to manage and track increased workload , using Excel. Coordinated and monitored projects and ensured that all projects met the required financial and operational criteria. Negotiated and executed all contracts to maximise protection for the company and resolved disputes with contractors and suppliers. Led and managed a team of ten colleagues and ensured that they were all performing to a high standard. Established a technical library to aid critical analysis and utilised it to provide guidance to production staff and to standardise quality.

 Overall responsibility for all financial and operational issues of both companies. Recruited, trained and motivated a team of junior construction and finance staff.

 Given responsibility for all operational aspects of this construction company and grew turnover from £100,000 to £35 million during my time as Managing Director and Head of Operations. Utilised strong project management and organisational skills to introduce new business processes which led to the company receiving accreditation under ISO9002 – one of the key drivers of turnover growth. Managed and trained team of fifty people across administration, finance, IT, construction and operations divisions. Researched a large number of IT systems as part of strategy to increase operational efficiencies in the company. Employed leading systems which previously had not been used in the construction industry. Operational efficiencies increased significantly and one of the largest UK construction companies subsequently followed my lead by introducing these systems into their business.
