Build and implement Public Affairs Strategy with French Authorities dealing with Industry, Trade and Telecom issues, to secure Huawei investments, operations and reputation in France: - Dialogue with Parliament, Regulator, Policy makers and Administration- Engage with Local & Regional Governments to accelerate Huawei integration in main French cities - Open the ecosystem to Huawei to become and contribute to the French Digital Agenda issues (IA, Security, Cloud, 5G, Start-up) : Think Tank, Industrial Organization, Incubators- Build and lead start-up program Digtal InPulse to support +40 start-up in 5 French cities to discover China ICT ecosystem- Lead Sponsoring for Cultural & Social engagement (CSR)- Build High Level delegations in China in cooperation with French & Chinese Officials - Internal lead for budget & team mgmt (2), coordination with Media team, and Sapin II compliance

- En charge des relations institutionnelles pour construire et porter les positions de l'Associations en faveur de l'économie numérique : fiscalité du numérique, actions en faveur de la filière logiciel en France, organisation d'événements de promotion de la filière auprès des pouvoirs publics, coordination avec l'équipe Media, rédaction des CP. - Coordination des actions de l'Association avec la Fédération des Industries Electriques, Electroniques et de communication (FIEEC)

- En charge des relations institutionnelles de la Fédération auprès des instances européennes, et des organisations européennes du secteur (ORGALIME)- Construction des positions de la Fédération et suivi des dossiers sur les sujets clés : politique industrielle, normalisation, Rapport ELECTRA 2- Coordination avec les homologues allemands (ZVEI) pour organiser chaque année les Assises Franco-Allemandes de l'Industrie électrotechnique (Paris/Berlin)

- Leading the EUGA program for the French market, as a comprehensive program to support innovation and SMEs development through Microsoft support : The EU Grants Advisor (EUGA) is a program developed by Microsoft through which Small & Medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and Local Regional Governments (LRGs) are able to increase their awareness and understanding of EU funds, as well as take advantage of a facilitated application process should they wish to apply for funds for which they are eligible. - Results: +100 SMEs and start- supported by Microsoft, and coordination with BizSpark and IDEES initiatives- Communication plan to promote EUGA into the MS Ecosystem, and NGOs partners (endorsements, media coverage)

- Project manager within the Banking division of the Group, to manage EU funds, provided by the European Commission to support innovation, entrepreneurship, R&D, and border cooperations (INTERREG)- Main task : represent, commit, monitor and audit the projects funded by the European Commission, and assess the feasibility, in partnership with Local & Regional Governments in UK, Belgium, Mediterranean, Caribbean islands
