Management civil works and road construction project for Aswebo.Project 1: Rehabilitation of 2 x 20 km highways on E25 and E411 at Longlier interchange:Job consist to manage the teams on site/ check if everything is going following the planning/ daily reporting of the quantities/ Ensure safety rules are follow on site/...Work consist into the demolition of the slow speed and emergency stop lanes with milling machine for material without reinforcement. The reinforced concrete was saw transversally and longitudinally in pieces of 6m long max. Then crushed on site by two excavators and loaded in smaller pieces into dump trucks to feed the crushers.Before the end of the demolition phase, we have begun the reconstruction. Improving the sub-base, placing geofabrics,Poured the base, realizing the reinforcement works for concrete and poured the structural concrete with slipforms. Pouring the drainage concrete and finishing the work with a wonderfull asphalt plus special marking with bauxite and glass pearls to reflect the light from the cars by night.Project finished 1 month before schedule.Project 2: Renewal of the revetment of National roads around Bastogne. Placement of sewage system plus all connections to the neighborhood houses and stabilization of tar in the sub-base with a mix of cement.Project 3: Renewal of another street in Bastogne area and placement of a sewage system into the rock. We had to stop working with the normal "Montaber"​ hammer/breaker because the work wasn't going well and I change it for a spherical mill who save the project and make profit.
