My experience covers a breadth of industries/platforms and continue to build connections across multiple disciplines including: Asset Management, Insurance, Employee Benefits, Retirement/Mutual Fund Sales, Marketing, Communications, Customer Service, Relationship Management and even Data Science. I am always looking to network with diverse organizations and professionals to continue to grow our high performance teams.

I partner closely with several areas of our company including: Career Distribution and Field Development, Principal Global Investors and affiliate boutiques as well as Retirement and Investment Services seeking top talent for financial services and asset management professionals located nationwide.

I began my career at Principal in 1994. During my time, I have had the great fortune to hold a variety of positions beginning as a Client Service Associate (CSA) for small to medium sized employer sponsored retirement plan. Through promotions, I transitioned into Sr. Client Service Associate and Training Associate roles. In Oct of 2003, I became an Assistant Manager leading a team of high performing individuals in our Client Transition Service department. My team began the installation process for newly established and transferring employer retirement plans to The Principal. We handled a variety of plans including 401(k), Individual 401(k), Age Weighted and Comparability plans. I held FINRA Series 6, 7 and 66 licenses during this time.
