Focused on developing and building new businesses for Maidenform, Inc, across all brands and primarily ".com" customers, small accounts and new account acquisitions. Experienced a 34.4% growth in net sales to budget in 2012, and was the #1 account manager that year. Developed and launched all aspects of a brand new direct selling channel of business focused on selling bras and shapewear through home parties at Maidenform. Implementation included business plan development, rallying all internal departments together to gain support and understanding of this new channel and it's integration within the Maidenform busienss environment. Collaborated with the "best in the business" external suppliers and built business partnershipments both internally and externally.

Managed a team of 80+ field merchandisers nationwide to service key department store retailers on best product placement on the selling floor and to train & fit store associates & customers. This includes salary, compensation budgeting, expenses, workloads. Managed a sales analysis team to conduct sales reporting, and budgeting to the domestic sales team. In this role, I also handled planning and execution of all NY market weeks as well as bi-annual sales conferences.
