• Installation and Commissioning of Laser Ribbon Bonding machines at the customers sites• Integration of the machine to production line

• Provide expert advice and guidance to users on service operation and functionality• Replicate user-reported errors and communicate them to the Development team• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to software installation, configuration, usage, and integration

• Maintenance of integrated laser systems for refractive surgery• Adjustment and calibration of excimer and femtosecond lasers manufactured by Ziemer, Nidek and Ziess• Laser systems support through laser vision correction surgeries

• Development of a new business direction, hunting for a new clients, hold presentations, negotiations and product tests• Customer support at all stages of sales, account management for key customers • Provide product trainings for the company distributes• Lead key customer planning process – defining annual negotiation strategy and action plans for assigned key customers

• Installing, validating, upgrading, repairing, and maintaining co2 and fiber laser systems at customer sites• Supporting internal system-specific processes, e.g., testing and validating • Customer on-stie training and remote support• Collaborating with the sales manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectations
