Pat team’s up with SMEs to build profitable, growing businesses.Pat initially worked with Andersen’s for eight years in the corporate recovery division on a range of publicly listed and private sector clients and thereafter he joined KPMG in their strategic vision group, servicing publicly listed clients in Australia and the Asia/Pacific. He subsequently spent six years in London as an executive director of a private health care group which had operations in the UK and Republic of Ireland before he returned to Australia and joined Guild Accountants. In his position as a Business Advisory Director he helps owners acquire and divest businesses, raise capital, improve their operations, solve business, financial and taxation issues, and deal with regulatory requirements. Pat works with owners and senior management of businesses nationally. Pat advises SME owners on how to acquire, structure and divest businesses, raise capital, improve financial performance to maximize enterprise value and implement succession plans. Pat works with boards, owners and senior management of businesses nationally, and across a range of businesses in the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors including IT&C, manufacturing, construction, retail and mining services.Pat is based in Sydney but remains an AFL “tragic” having supported the Swans since their pre-transplant days at Lakeside Oval. He is also a keen cyclist and swimmer.
