Paul is currently an active principal in the acquisition, development and management of high density rental properties within the continental United States.Paul previously worked both as a Project Manager in residential home construction and as a Program Manager in global manufacturing of plastics, molds and production metal machining. As a Program Manager in manufacturing, Paul’s responsibilities included customer/supplier relations, consulting on product design, tooling design, materials selection, supplier selection, quality control implementation as well as develop and manage program/project budgets, schedules and coordinate logistics. Project revenues ranged from $50k to $100M+ for industries including medical, consumer electronics, automotive and food packaging traveling extensively throughout the United States, Asia, Mexico and Canada working with a network of global manufacturing suppliers.Originally from Illinois, Paul's career began as a machinist. He then trained as a model maker followed by a formal apprenticeship (both academic and practical) to become a journeyman tool & die maker building plastic injection molds. Paul continued his academic education for design and engineering and started as a full-time tool/mold Design Engineer in 1992. As a Design Engineer, Paul became proficient at using Autocad, Cadkey and Pro Engineer.In 1997, Paul moved to Silicon Valley California accepting a position as Engineering Manager/Designer at Stargate Technologies. The company relocated a year later where Paul then started as a Program Manager with Flextronics International. In 2000, Paul moved to San Diego where he continued working as a Program Manager in manufacturing until 2006 when Paul began applying his experiences in manufacturing and management pursuing his interests in real estate development and investment.
