Hello!I am Pedro Paim, a civil engineering undergraduate with a keen interest in innovation and optimization for modeling processes aiming sustainability and cooperativeness.Lately, I've come through projects in Data Modeling for supervision, management and control of civil engineering works, and FEM modeling pursuing marine hydrodynamics comprehension and geotechnical analysis of stability. I also keep on searching for viable ways of implementing solutions for self-sustainable optimization through agile methodologies such as lean process improvement for enforcement of Knowledge-Brokering in organizational chain, and cooperative ESG.Knowledge enthusiast & polimath aspirant, I love to learn and teach.Empathizing with people's realities, I find it very pleasant to use active learning to enlight ourselves into our own path to autonomy, consciousness and self-confidence: empowering ourselves of our own long-term liberal, integral and human self-education.
