The itineraries can vary between motor-coach, walking, rail, cruise, intermodal and private tours. Although few, I have had some minor medical emergencies and unique guest interactions that have provided opportunities to think quickly and calmly. ORGANIZATION: By nature, I am very organized and detailed oriented. These skills were polished in during my professional career in advertising. COMMUNICATION: Strong interpersonal skills to that allow me to engage with a variety of people. I appreciate all people and their backgrounds and “stories.” In order to continue to improve my communication skills, I am a member of Toastmaster’s International. LEADERSHIP: I am a confident leader who isn’t afraid to make tough decisions. My career required me to be decisive since I had agencies and vendors waiting for direction. I can maintain a sense of humor and a calm demeanor under stress.SELF-MOTIVATED: I am a disciplined person who loves to have daily and “life” goals. However, I am flexible and open minded at the same time. I truly love making my life easier and helping others find the enjoyment out of life. TRAVEL: My parents spoiled my sister and I with the experience of travel. Our travels were many to include traveling across the U.S. when I was 7 and a month in Europe. To date, I have visited 48 states (I will get to 50-it’s a goal) and multiple countries. I still get the same rush in every city I visit: When I first open the curtain and look upon the city I am about to devour.
