Responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing communications to intermediaries (independent financial advisers) and Strategic Partners for UK Life wealth and protection propositions. This involves managing a team of three to deliver external and internal communications for; product developments, enhancements and campaign promotional activities.Key achievements:• Currently redeveloping the intermediary facing website to improve the user experience and increase traffic to the site.• Recently delivered the initial phase of our 2013/4 Platform ISA campaign. By implementing segmentation and targeting techniques achieved 39% open rate and a 13% click through rate, double that of our average figures.• Developed a suite of promotional and sales support literature to launch and provide ongoing support for the Zurich Intermediary Platform.• Developed direct mail activity to pension ‘non-supporters’. Converted 29 firms to pension ‘supporters’ which generated incremental annual equivalent income of over £365,000.
