Currently I am a Trust and Safety Specialist for Shipt which would be best described as maintaining a safe and fair place for users to communicate. Since Shipt is an online platform, the department's goal is to reduce the risk that users will be exposed to harm, fraud, or other behaviors that are outside the community guidelines.I am a passionate individual with 7+ years of customer service experience and two years managing a fast-paced, high quality kitchen. Alongside managing the kitchen, I oversaw inventory management to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels. More recently through Shipt I've been able to expand my skillset by working in multiple departments, giving me a better perspective of how a corporate entity operates on multiple levels.
