I am an MBA student at the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, in General Management. Prior to this, I worked as a Reliability Manager at Reliance Industries Ltd in Oil and Gas division for 37 months. I was responsible for static mechanical equipment reliability and digital transformation of the Linear Alkyl Benzene plant using Risk Based Inspection methodology. I have successfully led incident investigations using Root Cause Analysis methodology and spearheaded a team of inspection engineers at major turnarounds at Patalganga and Jamnagar complexes.I have completed my under-graduation in Metallurgical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune. I was an active member of Team COEP Sunrisers, which won several national-level Solar Electric Vehicle championship awards. At the core, I am a fanatic about Basketball and Cricket, a trekker, and a curious problem solver who takes an interest in finding creative solutions to critical issues and coordinating with multi-faceted teams to ensure their effective implementation.
