About Patrick "Gage" Murphy
I received a master's degree in Exercise Science with a thesis focused on "Neuromuscular and Arterial Compliance Responses to Different Resistance Training Protocols." The study focused on resistance training programming that manipulated volume, frequency, and modality with a special interest in blood flow restriction training.I attended university on a golf scholarship which led to a pursuit of professional competitive golf as well as my lecturing career. I recently decided to discontinue my pursuit of competitive professional golf. I am eager to learn more and believe my skill set is applicable in a multitude of contexts. I am always looking for lecturing opportunities focused around sport and/or physiology.
