Over 28 years of experience in the HVAC Industry, 23 of them being here at The BP Group, has lead to my current role as an innovative leader within the company. As the EVP of Business Development I report to the senior executive team and am responsible for the sales, estimating, purchasing, and business development of an 80 million dollar company. My strong analytical skills in marketing and operations with my knowledge of corporate growth strategies helped put the company in a prime position to excel in the marketplace.During changes in our financial cycles, I was able to lead the company and create an atmosphere of cultural consistency within the vision of the owners; I consider this a testament to my leadership and motivational skills. Consistent communication is necessary for the success of a company; I keep in constant verbal and written constant contact with our owners, partners, project team members, consultants and all BP Staff. Prior to BP, I got my start in the HVAC industry as a Project Manager and Estimator. 
I hold a wide variety of certificates and have received awards from many accredited organizations of which I am still an active member. In my spare time, I enjoy catching a Giants game or playing a round of golf or two, or three…
