I was a financial/technology reporter for 20 years at leading publications in SA, the UK and US. My roles included Senior Editor at eWeek, a Ziff Davis Enterprise publication, covering software platforms; Executive News Editor at Business Report, the largest daily financial newspaper in South Africa. I helped develop and launch Business Report Radio, supplying 44 stations in South Africa with financial news bulletins, and was its U.S. Correspondent, covering Silicon Valley, trade and finance between the US, Europe and emerging markets. I was also the Investment Editor of South Africa's Business Day Newspaper, the sister publication of the Financial Times of London. Before that I was Group Financial Communications Manager for First National Bank, the 2nd largest banking group in SA.
