Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer, I led IT Teams in Europe, Americas, India and Asia-Pacific and managed the co-ordination of all ICT-related aspects required to support Clear2Pay's operational performance, including broader disaster recovery processes.On joining the business, IT responsibilities were spread across the traditional centres of the Clear2Pay business (Brussels and Sydney) and more recently acquired corporate entities in Scotland (Edinburgh), North America (Phoenix, North Carolina), South America (Santiago), India (New Delhi, Pune) and China (Shenzen, Beijing and Nanjing). My most satisfying achievement during my time with the company was the bringing together of the globally distributed teams and technologies under a consolidated IT structure, strategy and roadmap, which reinvigorated the IT staff and enabled the cost efficient delivery of IT services and development of a consolidated, corporate IT budget encompassing all sites.During my stewardship of the IT function, the global team successfully delivered a new co-located data centre (Brussels), two office moves to new premises (Brussels w/ 300 staff and New Delhi w/ 400 staff) and closure of three redundant offices, integrated two MS Exchange servers (inherited via acquisitions) with 400+ mailboxes to the corporate server, deployed BES and Atlassian Confluence solutions and initiated an ISO 27000 refresh.The Quality Management Systems aspects of the role included working with business owners and business groups across Clear2Pay to review, enhance, design and implement processes. I developed and deployed a global sales process with associated SugarCRM implementation. In addition, I built a QMS support team in New Delhi to further develop/manage process supporting technologies. -

In addition, I was responsible for General Management of the Product Factory in Scotland and Global IT Services.Initially reporting to the CEO as Head of Operations, I was promoted to Executive Director and sat on the Board of Directors in January 2011. The role involved close working relationships with Business Unit Directors in Europe, Middle East, and North America and participation in business development and sales activities.
