I individually supervised ASW's, MFT interns, and trainees in several YMCA community-based programs that serve underprivileged youth in San Francisco/Bay Area schools and community. I also ran group supervision for the clinicians that provide the "Building Futures" mentor-program.

I lead dynamic groups with adults 18 + with mental illness in a day treatment program. Groups include drama therapy, yoga/relaxation, mindfulness, dual diagnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy for bipolar disorder, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and a poetry group. I also cover shifts at the crisis residential program as a per-diem staff.

Last Spring, I raised over $4,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society while I completed my first triathlon, the Wildflower Olympic Distance triathlon. As captain during the fall season, I helped others reach their fundraising goals and supported their triathlon training.
