Run day to day operations on site. As a superintendent quality control is one of the highest priorities, to make sure the job is done in a timely manner and the best quality. Responsible for assisting in the construction of the building as well as coordinating all aspects of construction for the PAG tenant improvement. Responsibilities included scheduling, submittal review, quality control, subcontractor scheduling and coordination with architect, tenant, and subcontractors.

My involvement in a project is from beginning to end, starting with a constraints analysis using GIS software, implementing those constraints in a conceptual site plan and creating an illustrative representation for client/public visualization and interpretation. Responsibilities included computer aided drafting for a land use plan, residential site plans, streetscape design, park concepts, and commercial site plans. I also facilitated and served as a translator for design charrettes and meetings in Hermosillo, Sonora, MexicoSolar Zone @ UA Tech Park; Pima County, AZ; Design Technician for 3D graphic illustrations and conceptual site design for office, solar park, industrial and educational center plans. Responsibilities included assisting in site design for a 200-acre solar park and creating 3D perspectives for marketing and illustrative purposes. UA BioPark Landscape Plans; Tucson, AZ; Assist in the design of a two-acre linear park along Kino Boulevard and 36th Street for the University of Arizona. Responsibilities included assisting in the design of landscape concepts and preparing construction documents.City of Nogales General Plan Design Charrette; Nogales, AZ; Facilitator for a week-long design charrette with city officials, stake holders, and general public. Responsibilities included creating graphic illustrations and bilingual facilitation.
