I possess one of the most unique perspectives on the Coupa eProcurement platform, having worked as a partner to- an employee for- and as a client of Coupa. As a consultant, I lead both pre- and post-implementation deployments, helping clients maximize the value of their subscriptions by focusing first on the core functionality of Coupa’s procure-to-pay and expense management offerings, before stretching the system to its limits. I have made a name for myself taking projects from red to green, by speaking in the language of stakeholders outside of procurement and setting achievable, relevant goals for everyone involved. I also provide integration leadership with both ERP and third-party modular solutions to make sure that information coming into and out of Coupa meets organizational standards.In 2022, I took steps to broaden the influence of procurement on the entire ERP, by joining Blu Banyan Solutions in support of their NetSuite service offerings.
