I deal with all the inital setting up including the formation of the company, registering with HM Revenue & Customs for corporation tax, VAT, and payroll, and setting up an accounting system which is the most appropriate for the type and size of business.I work with my clients as a business adviser as well as their accountant, and use my knowledge and experience to assist in areas such as forecasting, budget preparation, and valuations.The majority of my work is on a fixed fee basis, which I have found to be of great benefit to my clients over the 10 years we have been in business.
