As a HRBP, I serve as a strategic link between the Human Resources department and the business, ensuring that people management practices align with organizational goals. My role is multifaceted, focusing on both recruitment and selection (R&S) of technology talent as well as internal consulting for areas such as marketing and sales.Within the Human Resources team, I am responsible for R&S of technology professionals across various languages and stacks (Java, .Net, PHP, C++, C#, JavaScript, NoSQL, SQL, among others), as well as executive-level positions. By closely collaborating with business areas, I conduct needs assessments for recruitment and training, enabling me to develop and implement specific training programs for new members of the R&S teams.One of my standout projects was the structuring of an internal consulting model for the marketing and sales areas. In this project, I worked with leaders from these areas to identify challenges and opportunities, resulting in an action plan that improved communication and collaboration, as well as increased engagement and performance of the teams.My responsibilities also include: • Supporting the dissemination and strengthening of organizational culture by promoting initiatives that reinforce the company’s values; • Assisting in internal communication actions, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged; • Developing and analyzing KPIs (such as turnover, absenteeism, retention, and SLAs), using data to monitor and optimize organizational performance; • Managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring an effective and positive integration; • Engaging and negotiating with HR vendors to seek partnerships that add value to talent management processes.#Java #Angular #Devops #Mobile #IOS #Android #UI #UX #SQL #Nosql #QA #Python #Scala #PHP #Software #Elasticsearch #Data #Cobit #Cobol
