• Support the development of the institutional strategic plan with community engagement initiatives that align with Columbia College Chicago's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion;
• Document and review the current range of community engagement activities across the college;
• Develop a framework for ethical and reciprocal community engagement at Columbia College Chicago and guide the process for college-wide feedback on and adoption of a final framework;
• Foster the development of community engagement activities in alignment with that framework.;
• Recommend necessary infrastructure for the support of community engagement initiatives for students and faculty and lead the implementation of that support
