More than 30,000 customers in over 100 countries rely on our solutions.Portfolio company of Berkshire Partners.Primary responsibilities:▪ Lead dialogue with the Board of Directors regarding FoodChain ID's M&A strategy▪ Lead all sourcing initiatives and evaluation of new acquisition opportunities▪ Represent FoodChain ID in dialogue with target ownership, assessing strategic fit, negotiating valuation and deal structuring▪ Lead all aspects of transaction execution including valuation, due diligence, and transaction documentation▪ Lead the development and execution of each acquisition's integration plan and synergy goals▪ Executive oversight and PnL responsibility of acquisitions in the Integration Management Office (“IMO”)▪ Operationalize value creation opportunities during the integration process
