My friends and colleagues all know me as the Halloween costume guy. Every spring, I set my sights on a costume I want to create. Then I seek out reference photos, create a budget, and research new fabrication methods, with the goal of replicating even the smallest details to achieve 100% accuracy. I meticulously create the costume piece by piece, learning as much as I can about the craft – and having a great time along the way.Naturally, I bring the same mentality to my workplace. I love to learn new techniques, which helps me adapt to changing roles and priorities very quickly. I am dedicated to quality, and refuse to allow even minor errors to slip past me. Just as I reinvent myself with a new costume every year, I appreciate the opportunity to perform new and unusual roles that extend beyond my defined job description.
