Conducted extensive business development activities targeting Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and international governments.> Media Relations: As social media ambassador for Verizon, conduct interviews, lectures, and presentations to represent the company as an industry leader in innovation. > Business Development: Secured the new division’s first two clients for enterprise-type applications. Defined and engaged cornerstone partners necessary for project success.> Lifestyle Identity Innovation: Joined Lifestyle Identity Group to guide global market penetration strategy, market research, and product development in support of Verizon’s pilot lifestyle identity program. Provided project management and thought leadership for ECM software development and implementation for commercial and DoD clients, including Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Allergan Pharmaceuticals, BP Global, and the US Air Force. Guided CRM, business analysis (risk assessments; test case; change control; training needs analysis, development, and delivery; and personnel management). Selected projects include:> Program manager for a large US Pharmaceutical: Guided 7 direct reports with P&L responsibility as the SAIC Program Manager to re-envision security and develop taxonomy for all levels of information and access. > Global Document Management System (GDMS) Program: Leveraged 6 direct reports (technical, business analysts, documentation training, and project coordinators) and $9M P&L, tasked with harmonizing, aligning, and migrating >80 global data source repositories (Documentum, SharePoint, Livelink, and file shares) containing >20M documents into a single, globally accessible repository. > Pharmaceutical Science (PharmSci) GDMS: As the global training manager, evaluated training needs, training product development and delivery (instructor led, distance, and web based training), and compliance and reporting efforts across the US, Western Europe, and Japan.

Joined organization during college as graphic artist and developed an early leadership career as Principal Analyst. Authored commercial training and marketing communications to generate business development and strategic partnership opportunities. Managed an international, award-winning development team in the production and implementation of numerous high-end, custom interactive software programs for simulation and training for ARINC’s established federal (e.g., USAF, USARMY, and USNAVY) and commercial customers.> Credited with transforming the multi-media division from a cost center to a revenue-generating function within the organization.> Designed, implemented and maintained the first peer-to-peer networking solution for the ARINC multi-media development group providing file sharing and distributed rendering services to the organization> Earned numerous awards and recognition: International CINDY (1998); Bronze Telly (1998); Communicator Award of Excellence (1998); and Communicator Award of Distinction (Computer Animation) (1997).
