Design and implementation of reports and dashboards for IT team leaders, managers and directors to help show how IT and IT Helpdesk perform. One off reports, automatic scheduled reports, automatic refreshing dashboards showing live data and statistics refreshing every 15 minutes.Design of standard templates for dashboards and reports to show a uniformed format with predesigned dropdown/flyout sections and pages with company branded colours, fonts, icons, and features, made to look and feel similar to the intranet, so the end user gets that integrated branded look and feel. This also gave every new dash board or report a head start, as the templates had all the basic ground work done with an easy to use or remove approach to their design.Investigating new databases for data sets of interest, design of automatic data collections routines using QlikView into QVD files and local SQL databases for fast on demand reporting for helpdesks all around the member firms.Over the 7 years, I helped move away from historical reporting on what happened yesterday using ServiceNow data (Slow cloud system) and created QlikView delta load data collection dashboards that ran and synchronized selected tables/fields across multiple ServiceNow instances for member firms around the world. This data was refreshed on a 15 minute rotation with auto recovery and administrative tools for easy configuration of new data tables/fields when new member firms or ServiceNow instances got taken on, only taking minutes to setup instead of days to have standard stats/KPIs up and running.Applications:QlikView, ServiceNow ODBC Driver, SQL, Business Objects/Crystal reports, MS Access, MS ExcelQualifications gained in role:QlikView Designer 11.2 4th Feb 2014QlikView Developer 11.2 7th Feb 2014
