• Designed and managed development for an ASP.NET/MS SQL Server web-based application for the management, storage, display, reporting, and export of medical chart review data in support of the Medical Record Review (MRR) process• Managed 6-person multi-state team responsible for application and database development, support, and infrastructure• Designed a Windows client application for the collection of medical chart review data and oversaw the initial implementation of that application by a 3rd-party vendor • Managed and supported the information systems for 80 full-time employees in 6 corporate locations and supported an additional 150 part-time medical review staff spread across 17 states• Enabled the collection and abstraction of hundreds of thousands of medical charts between 2003 and 2006
