As an Intellectual Property attorney, I enjoy enhancing the growth of technology-driven clients by providing patent portfolio growth strategies, executing on those strategies through patent preparation and prosecution, providing freedom-to-operate assessments to minimize risk, and providing litigation support as needed. I also focus on inter partes review and other post-grant, as well as developing and negotiating licensing/transaction agreements involving patent assets, software and other proprietary technologies.
