Lead and expand the Electrical Engineering Team

I started in SCP SCIENCE as an Assistant Manager, Engineering in 2018 to ensure a bridge between R&D and Production departments. I work on validation, optimization and transfer designs, improving reliability,productivity, team training, review of regulatory compliance documents, tests and QCprocedures.Since May 2019, I was promoted to manage a team of 30 Instrumentation Technicians, CNC Machine Operators, Supervisors, Mechanical Designer and Product Planner of manufacturing of three Analytical Chemistry Instrument families.I continue to lead the engineering activities to ensure a successful, efficient and high qualitymanufacturing output after designs and prototypes are completed by R&D group.

Projects:• Railroad Wayside Friction Management Systems (Lubricators)• Remote Performance Monitoring • Digital ControlsPrincipal Responsibilities:• Leading technical meetings with multidiscipline engineering and production teams• Leading the full development cycle of microcontroller-based electronic controls - Preparing Technical Requirements after discussion with customers and internal teams - Project Scopes, Timelines and task distribution between team members - Participating in Project Verification and Validation processes including prototyping - Delegating specific tasks to internal engineering team members and consultants - Participating directly in Hardware and Software design process - Schematics, PCB, BOM, manufacturing documents, descriptions, manuals - Applying RAMS and FAI practices - Participating in EMC tests and Certification process• Design, calibrating and adapting existing electronic equipment tools for production needs• Performing learning and training activities in regards of quality standards. ISO etc.• Training of employees: production, tests, maintenance and field tech support• Optimizing the existing solutions for robustness, cost effectiveness and obsolescence • Providing ideas for continuous improvement of the design and production processes• Maintaining the information exchange with customers and suppliers

• Product design and prototyping: Schematic diagrams, PCB design and software programming of various customized microcontroller-based electronic devices.• Embedded software & hardware design: Electronic controls for ceramic cooking surfaces, refrigerators and other appliances• Project management: Schedules and project tasks coordination• Development of Padless Touch System (patented microcontroller-based keyboard sensor).• Tests: Performing of internal functional and quality tests• Technical documents: Administration of BOM, Product schematic diagrams, descriptions and drawings

• Managed and coordinated a team of three technical inspectors.• Developed a system to collecting, memorizing and visualization of radio-scanned data by PC• Monitored the compliance of distributed telecommunications signals (radio and cable)• Supervised and controlled the quality of services offered by regional companies in the field of telecommunications, radio-stations and networks• Wrote and verified reports on conformity to the technical standards.
