With over 20 years of experience in social entrepreneurship, venture philanthropy, and social innovation, I am passionate about empowering the under-resourced through stable housing, dignity, and holistic support.Prior to joining Mercy Housing, I was the Chief Program Officer of the Stupski Foundation, where I designed and implemented the $300M spend down philanthropy focused on improving life options for low-income youth, serious illness care, and food security. I also co-founded and built Waste Ventures India, a solid waste management company that profitably processed thousands of tons of waste and created dignified livelihoods for over 6,000 wastepickers. I started my career at the Bridgespan Group and then became the Associate Director of the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship at the World Economic Forum. I hold a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, and I am fluent in English, Hindi, and French.
