As the Chief Program Officer of Mercy Housing, I lead the strategy and execution of one of the largest and most impactful nonprofit affordable housing developers in the country. With over 20 years of experience in social entrepreneurship, venture philanthropy, and social innovation, I am passionate about empowering the under-resourced through stable housing, dignity, and holistic support.Prior to joining Mercy Housing, I was the Chief Program Officer of the Stupski Foundation, where I designed and implemented the $300M spend down philanthropy focused on improving life options for low-income youth, serious illness care, and food security. I also co-founded and built Waste Ventures India, a solid waste management company that profitably processed thousands of tons of waste and created dignified livelihoods for over 6,000 wastepickers. I started my career at the Bridgespan Group and then became the Associate Director of the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship at the World Economic Forum. I hold a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, and I am fluent in English, Hindi, and French.
