Data Privacy Officer for Global ProcurementOn 8/2020, I added to my current roles the responsibility as Data Privacy Officer for Global Procurement.This space does not need introduction, there is a new risk coming from the supply chain, that need to be identified, understood and mitigated. our supplier base handles more and more PI, SPI, of employees and Cients, have access to our intranets, and to the Corporation's jewels. My role is to manage our risks and provide, guidance, advice and facilitate the process transformation to mitigate the risks while allowing the business to grow.Global Process owner - Source to PayAfter the successful integration of Account Payable in Procurement, we realized that there is a further opportunity to make the Source to Pay process, more efficient, with a simpler workflow and with opportunities for transformations, that will help us to jump ahead to the Procurement Best of breed organizationCognitive, data analytics, block chain and Cloud will drive us to execute a leaner process with focus in our Clients and Suppliers.All these will be done with the active support of an excellent, Leadership team and educated procurement professional across the organization.

I am responsible for the successful integration and transformation of the Procurement and the Account Payable organizations globally.Working closely with Account payable leaders and in a matrix organization we are defining the new IBM Procure to Pay end to end process. New measurements, management system, organization, change management and tools utilization while looking for efficiency and synergism that will bring faster cycle time, better clients and suppliers' experience, and savings for the Company.

I am responsible for the definition, development, education and measurements of the policies, practices, processes of Global procurement in IBM Corporation. In a summary Global procurement governance.I have added to my responsibilities the group that work in the integration to the procurement process of the companies that IBM acquires. Very challenging work scope that balance IBM governance and processes with the culture, way of working and revenue opportunities of these new subsidiaries.

As policies and practices manager for global procurement I am responsible for the overall governance of the procurement operation, including the development and implementation of the policies, practices, processes and contract frameworks that IBM procurement uses globally. I manage a group of 20 people globally

I was responsible for the development of the global procurement strategy , the implementation, the negotiation with global suppliers and the results for the Facilities services council that included Utilities, MRO, Office supplies, security, environmental services and cafeterias.I managed a team of 30 plus people globally

I was responsible for the purchases of Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay, also during that period I developed the Latin America process for services procurement.
