Coordinated the civil works during the construction of booster sites in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner:-Final survey of the construction sites for fine-tuning of layout plans with Eastings and Northings considerations. -Carrying out the on-ground evaluation of soil stratigraphy to determine the final depth of foundations.-Responsible for execution of all civil works such as tower foundations, genset and electrical cabinet bunkers, sleepers, ducting, palisade fencing, and finishes as per Quality Control and Safety Plan.-Project management and monitoring of site activities as per project execution plan.-Coordination with Airtel field officers (FOs) for smooth execution of work at the sites.-Directing the construction of solar power structures and erection of the solar panels.-Monitoring and inspection of the construction to ensure compliance with approval conditions, design parameters, and industrial standards.-Labour management and material purchase on the different sites all within a tight budget.-Monitoring the progress and compiling daily and weekly reports on project status.-Responsibility for dispute resolution, and adherence to COVID-19 protocols, among other safety measures such as site demarcation and enforcing the wearing of safety gear.

The firm was one of the consulting companies working on the Lower Nzoia Irrigation Project (LNIP) and Improvement of Flood Mitigation Structures in conjunction with Tractebel and GFA.
