Part of the HR Leadership team, as HR Business Partner Caribbean I am responsible for all facets of People Operations in nine (9) Eastern Caribbean markets as well as a business unit within Digicel Group and business owned by the company. My responsibilities include development and implementation of strategic, tactical and operational goals. Target headcount and cost envelop met within required timeline, and good relations with union partners maintained. Responsible for and successfully managed all activities required to achieve the required headcount within budget and timeline, for the in-sourcing of the Provisioning and Technical Teams from the outsource partners.Managed employee engagement to show positive movement in Employee Net Promoter Score (ENPS) amidst climate of uncertainty and change.
