I have been in the cake industry for about 10 years now. With a background in fine arts, I have been able to apply that talent to excel in the cake decorating industry. I have experience in fast paced, high volume settings and would love to grow in the field. I am praised for my speed while still keeping up with quality standards; whether buttercream or fondant. My experience is mostly in cake decorating but not limited to this aspect of the bakery scene. I would love to learn about the baking side and I am willing to take time to learn.
