I guide people in creating a happier and healthier lifestyle, and help prevent illness and chronic diseases. How do I do this? By creating a healthy food bar in Gent, where we provide indulging, plant based and tasty good food. By opening more food bars at different places, we want to make healthy food more accessible to everyone, and create more healthier and happier people. We aim to feed the people good food in happy vibes and fun company. We focus on plant based food, and fermented foods and drinks, all food is good for your gut in O'yo and helps you with a better digestion, giving more energy, making you feel happier.
