Responsibilities: :Compensation & Benefits- Manages, leads and develops the C&B Team- Develops the successor (the high potential C&B Specialist)- Builds and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management- Acts as the positive team member of the HR Management Team- Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies- Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values- Leads different HR Projects (not just projects from the compensation and benefits area)- Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development- Approves exceptions in the compensation of the individual employees- Trains HR Business Partners and line managers in the compensation area (pay-mix training, etc)- Represents the organization at different HR conferences- Annual budget planning for HR&OD unit- Planning Staff HC Annually- Handling staff welfare program (insurance, NSSF, out patient care, first aids...etc)- Managing Internship Program- Build up the process manual and implement on HRIS systems- Expense Reconciliation with Finance Team- Participating in Salary Survey (HRinc)- Monthly payroll verificationEmployee Relations- Sport Program Management- Handling labor compliance- Events management (Khmer New Year Party, Beeline Got’s Talent...etc)- Dealing with auditors- Monitoring on communication channel- Verificating on employment contracts & job offers- Solving all complaints from staff- Being an assistant to Head of HR

- To prepare monthly payroll in Ms. Excel (for more than 500 employees)- To recruit and select candidates for sending to clients- To handle NSSF program- To handle H&S and GPA insurance - To manage leave for all staff- To recocile expenses with accountant- To submit OT permission request to Ministry In Charge of Labour - To arrange employment contract for new employees- To settle last payment for resigned or terminated employees
