Primary responsibilities include improving operational efficiency, scaling the company's distributed field operations team across the United States, and managing ops related P&L line items. I work closely with other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction/NPS.

Managed scooter operations for Lyft in the greater DC area. Key responsibilities include: Management of team/personnel, assets and spare parts, and ops related P&L line items. When necessary, I also interacted with local regulators and government stakeholders to ensure that we are compliant with all rules/regulations and that we are helping the program evolve across the region.

I spent 4 months on the Lyft Bikes and Scooters launch team focusing primarily on in-warehouse operations. This included: -Wrote standard operating procedures related to in-warehouse operations-Established mechanic team processes and procedures for daily fleet management ops, inspection protocols, and inventory management processes/best practices -Key stakeholder in the hiring and training of local teams as well as the operational launching of markets

I joined Lyft in July of 2016 where I initially helped launch our Express Drive (rental) program. My primary responsibilities were to maintain the growth of our rental program, as well as, growing and maintaining a healthy overall supply of drivers in the region. I also worked in collaboration with our entire Lyft team to help grow Lyft's presence in the greater Baltimore area via partnerships and various business development initiatives.

My primary responsibilities were achieving sales and revenue growth by targeting markets and determining the most effective mediums to reach the key demographic. I performed this function for both our DC and San Francisco locations. In addition, I managed the day-to-day operations for both offices. Key duties were sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, scheduling, and staff supervision
