I serve as a Human Resources Business Partner, helping different agencies manage employment practices that are in accordance with state and federal legislation as well as Collective Bargaining Agreements. I assist individuals coping with mental disorders and substance abuse including ex-offenders geared toward workforce development (in order to seek and hold competitive roles in maturing communities). As a Certified Professional Coach with a career niche, I develop employees in entry-level, mid-level, and executive-level roles in various departments. My efforts include guiding individuals through obstacles and ensuring that those who work are well-versed in employee and labor relations. Providing career development training for individuals in manufacturing, health care, and waste management has been a highlight of my career.
