- Collect and analyze market information.- Plan monthly training schedule, arrange trainers and execute monthly logistics activities to make sure that all training sessions run smoothly in Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Bac Giang, Vinh, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh, Ca Mau and other locations following business needs.- Input data, make monthly reports.- Manage Contract Trainers: Contracts, payment, feedbacks, complaints…- Communicate on Viber, Zalo, FB, websiteMobile: 0169.8688.020

Training: - Implement training activities (in-door and out-door): plan to organize training events, work with vendors to design content and prepare venue/logistic, etc- Support T&D Manager to prepare training materials: presentation content, powerpoint.- Communicate with staffs about training activities.Recruitment: - Take in charge of recruiting temporary/entry level positions: search for CV, interview. - Plan to develop candidate’s pool.- Welcome new candidates.Employer Branding:- Take in charge of working with vendors: Linkedin, Survey monkey… - Design materials, job post, email, presentation- Organize job camps at universities.
