Over five years of professional experience in renewable energy sector, covering multiple practices such as business development, project management, contracts, negotiation & acquisition, energy market & regulatory and other advisory services such as owner’s engineer, lender technical advisor, acquisition due diligence, independent technical advisor. Experienced with onshore, nearshore, and offshore wind farm as well as solar PV and lower carbon energy projects with combined capacity of over 12.4GW in multiple countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea.Hand-on experienced in project development for a combined of 571MW both onshore and near-shore wind farms portfolio in Vietnam where he has been working closely with the senior project development team based in Bangkok Thailand. During this time, he directly participated in the project development from the early stage (i.e., feasibility study, EPC and BOP contractor evaluation & contractual negotiation, WTG supplier bidding evaluation) to the construction stage (i.e., overall management of EPC contractor and its sub-contractor activities) as well as providing support and advisory opinion for the project manager, regarding technical code, legal requirements, policies, and regulations on renewable energy development in Vietnam.Strong experience in various fields of renewable energy engineering process, starting from feasibility & technical studies, high-level energy yield assessment, wind & solar PV technologies assessment, finance & acquisition due diligence, contracts review & negotiating, tendering & procurement, civil design review, planning & permitting, project & programme management, and project construction & operation monitoring.
