o Provide support to Commercial Manager in Project’s commercial issues; o Coordinate with Owner and leading Sub-contractor in management of commercial matters under the project.o Direct involve in assessment of construction, installation progress then expedite payment application accordingly.o Prepare, negotiate then monitor procurement equipment/supply/services agreements.o Identify potential issue areas and support / advise project team to solve such issues.o Coordinate and maintain relation ship with relevant authority to obtain relevant permits and license for project

Support and advise project team in develope and manage projects.

o Provide support to Contracts / Risk Manager in Project Contracts review in comply with term and conditions; o Provide support to the construction management team to follow Contract technical specification;o Provide administrative support from start to finish on the multiple construction projects;o Provide basic concept and technical comments for Project;o Prepare correspondences to EPC Contractor.o Issue site instruction to contractor to comply with term and condition of contract;o Review payment application documents.o Negotiate and prepare Contract documentation for Ash Pond 2 EPC Contract: 187ha Pond, 4.3km Return water and Ash slurry pipeline, Office/Workshop Building, Water Treatment Plant, Diesel Oil Supply station.o Direct in-charge for contract implementation (progress, safety, QA/QC, completion and tacking over) of Ash Pond 2 EPC project.o Follow land clearance and LURC issuance;o Set up preparation, construction, completion of 187ha Ash Pond 2 EPC project;o Site supervise for earth works, foundation treatment, civil works;o Site supervise for equipment installation: CO/CQ verification, specification compliance, method statement, JSA, installation, alignment, testing, commissioning, acceptance, taking over;o NCRs and Punch list administrative;o Work with authorities to obtain relevant permits, licenses for project implementation and completion.

o Setting up implementation procedure of project works.o Preparing of Enquiry document for consultants to prepare project’s Basic design, For construction design, Survey documents…o Working with Government authorities and relevant parties with projects.o Participate to Land acquisition committee to execute Land compensation;o Prepare project investment documentation, investment solution and price and fees for lease of products.

o Setting up implementation procedure of project engineering works.o Cooperate with project consultant to prepare and complete project investment document such as: Feasibility Study, FEED, Environmental Assessment Impact, Grid Connection Report..o Define scope of work and preparing of Enquiry document for EPC contractor and Non-EPC contractorso Contractor’s proposal assessment and selection.o Propose conceptual layout design for Water supply, Cooling water system, Coal unloading jetty, laydown area, accommodation area.. o Handle other relevant technical solutions for project;o Overall review project investment documentation before submit to authorities;o Coordinate all comments between project consultant and MOIT, MONRE, MOT, MOD..o Site survey to establish general plan arrangement.

o Team leader of project BOP system: Cooling water and Make-up water system, Fuel Gas Treatment and Supply system, Diesel Oil forwarding and supply system, Fire fighting system, Water Treatment Plant and Waste Water Treatment Plant.o Breakdown Owner’s technical specification.o Cooperate with project consultant to prepare division of scope.o Preparing of Enquiry document for sub-contract packages.o Reviewing and commenting Bidder’s proposal.o Discuss, negotiate with sub-contractors and assess their proposal. o Coordinate with project consultant to prepare EPC proposal, clarify and negotiate with Owner for EPC contract.o Coordinate with project consultant to reviewing and follow engineering design document submission during EPC contract execution.o Site supervise, follow up installation schedule and quality of BOP system.o Coordinate with other packages
