Logistics Team Lead at 1.5GW Nhon Trach 3&4 power plant project in Vietnam

 Be responsible to make Master List of imported goods for be duty-fee and get approval from authorized administration and then control / report the usage of the registered Master List. Coordinating with related parties (Headquarter at Korea, Customs Department at Vietnam, Customs broker) to collect / review / submit the shipping documents to complete customs clearance for imported goods in time. Receiving the overall delivery schedule of vessels, coordinating with inland transportation company to ensure all work will be performed correctly and smoothly. Reviewing and commenting on subcontractor’s payment documents. Reporting all related activities import of goods to project manager. Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Controlling, submitting the supporting documents to customs authorities when having post clearance audit. Other works related to logistics from other departments.

=> Manage all the logistics activities of logistics team for all purchased project equipment, material and / or rental facilities / equipments for fabrication / installation of the Project inside / outside Vietnam or onshore / offshore throughout project period. Logistics activities shall include but not be limited to the followings: + Prepare the quota exemption list and submit to local authorities. + Review and comment on vendor’s shipping procedures / documents, handling and storage procedure and assure all these are suitable / optimal performance. + Forwarding, shipping and handling: Coordinate with Package Buyer / Supplier and nominated freight forwarder to collect and/or receive the Goods as per the delivery terms in the PO. + Clearance: Coordinate with Package Buyer, Supplier and / or freight forwarder for specific shipping documents required for clearance for each shipment imported permanently or temporarily. + Local transportation and material handling: Logistics Team will arrange transportation from local arrival port to construction site, offloading and hand-over to Warehouseman, Material Controller and QC Inspector. + Reports: Logistics Team will prepare a weekly report of materials and equipment being shipped, ETA of shipment and / or shipments received at site. => Manage all data for liquidation and tax refund (if any) with the related parties.=> Manage vendor relationships (3PLs): Negotiation leading provider of freight service and third party transportation.=> Building and maintaining strong relationship with Customs Officer, Port Authorities, 3PLs.=> Regularly updating import-export Regulation and Conditions, Tariff Laws for company.=> Manage Logistics staffs.
