Key Responsibilities:- Fully in charge of recruiting 32 positions from Director to Specialists of Inspection & Security Department for the Corporation.(including job levels: Director, Senior Experts, Specialists,...)- Recruiting legal management level positions establishes the Compliance Legal Department in the early stages of its establishment.- Fully in charge of recruiting Freshers of " 1MG Talent Incubation" for the Data Department- Participate in the project of recruiting mass sales agents, sales support, telesales to serve One Mount Real Estate during the period OMRE restructured and sold many real estate projects (ex: Masterise Home, Vinhomes Ocean Park, Vinhomes Smart City, ...)- Responsible for collaborator positions recruitment for departments when required.- Participating in the drafting and issuing of HR processes, policies.Ex: recruitment process, re-recruitment process, C&B policies followed Vingroup's reference process.-Supporting the HR team to prepare and submit papers to the Chairman and General Director.Key Achievements:- Recruited 20 priority positions with high levels of Inspection & Security Department to put it into operation when assigned this newly established division for 5 months.- Recruited 03 manager positions of the Compliance Legal Department under Compliance Legal Manager in the newly established department, which is in need of backup personnel.- Recruited 12 Freshers for " 1MG Talent Incubation" for Data's first batch.- Recruited 6 Telesales, 5 Sales Agents in one month for the first batch according to the assigned headcounts.- Experienced in written approvals for the General Director and President on staff recruitment and HR processes.
