- Involve in developing concept ideas and implementing VieON brand campaign: Let's move on, Giac Mo Cua Me,.. (OOH, KOL Endorsement, social content)- Participate in the creation and development of content for brand campaigns- Coordinate with Content, Product and Business teams to promote hot contents and VieON packages Work with the Product team to create in-app interactive features (promoting banners, games and voting activities, etc.)- Work with the Creative team to create branding materials for promoting campaigns- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote VieON's big contents (Rap Viet, Running Man, The Masked Singer, etc.) in different programs: PPL, promotion, KOL, PR,...- Work with Product team to create in-app interactive features (promoting banners, games and voting activities, etc.)- Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented to target marketing activities appropriately- Strategically plan, execute and assess the performance of individual CRM program strategy within the internal teams- Update and maintain stakeholder records within the CRM system

- Conceptualize and build content for the company's Fanpage and clients- Write reviews to advertise products for clients- Write SEO-optimized articles in WordPress- Seeding, creating discussions, interacting with customers
