- Participating in the main project of building a new process for the management of tree import and export at the nursery. The project was successful and the new process was more efficient and transparent. From not knowing the exact number of trees entering and leaving the nursery, we knew the exact number, types of trees in and out immediately. It also helped to save a lot of times for checking and doing reports.- Coordinating and reporting all related work with other departments or client for the manager;- Co-operating with other departments in discussing to solve any arise matters at Nursery;- Assisting with hiring, training, employee safety, employee evaluations and discipline- Assisting for the manager on checking complete works and updating daily schedule, weekly schedule and monthly schedule in Nursery;- Completing any tasks assigned by the Manager in an efficient and timely manner.

- Researching the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET)'s documents, criteria, procedures for accrediting educational institutions and training programs;- Being responsible for registering and preparing submitted data for QS Asia university rankings of UD;- Monitoring and reviewing the updated and periodically revised training programs of member higher education institutions;- Participating in supporting the internal assessment of the quality and training programs of UD member universities;- Supporting member universities to register for accrediting educational institutions and training programs with accreditation organizations of MOET and international accreditation organizations such as AUN-QA;- Preparing facilities and equipment for organizing conferences and seminars on quality assurance;- Being in charge of the administrative work of the department.
