- Performing all of test in-house and preparing the specimens to send-out.- Completing all documentation required by Government Heath Organization - Keeping Lab licenses.- Designing and performing test procedures, analyzing requests for tests and equipment.- Responsible for supervising laboratory personnel, conducting and overseeing quality assurance.- Connecting with related department to improve Lab services.- Working after hours and On-call in night shift

- Making the plan to setup the new laboratory with full function. - Following strictly all the principles and procedure in Lab with understanding.- Using equipment of Roche, Sysmex, Horiba with calibration, daily IQC/ Monthly EQA.- Following maintenance schedule, working directly to engineer for any troubles.- Improving in Medical field to understand meaning of each test performed.- Keeping stock using in Lab to keep no discard of expired date reagent control stock using in Lab,- Good practice about Bio-safety when working (using PPE and others). - Preventing the cross infection in the Lab and other department.- Informing to doctor the results that abnormal as well as discussing with doctor about that.- Reporting and discussing directly to manager who a foreign with all of email by English.- Keeping in touch the related departments as well as Local Department of Health (DOH)- On-call 24/24

- Handling and carrying out the specimens for any ordering from doctor.- Direct translation results from Vietnamese to English and contrary.- Discussing the Lab result to related physicians.- On-call 16/24 after working hour.

- Probation staff.- Drawing the blood and collecting others specimens as the ordering with exactly tubes- Handling the specimens with centrufigues- Carrying out the test including : Hematology, Chemistry with semi-machines
