- Process monthly payrolls and timesheets;- HR Compliance:o Research and update internally changes in rules and regulations;o Assist in drafting procedures, processes, and policies to facilitate a better compliance stance in the company;o Submit labour reports to Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;- Manage compulsory and additional benefits for employees (Social Insurance, annual health check, …, …)- Declare, finalize, register tax code, manage dependent reduction and other projects regarding PIT;- Manage all employees’ labor forms and contracts, personnel data system and filing; - Organize events (company trips, football games, parties for Year-End, Xmas, Women’s Day…)- Conduct other tasks as required by the HR Manager.
