- Participate in the organization of events such as job fairs and talk shows to promote the company's employer brand.- Design call for applications posts on social media (Facebook, Website) and marketing emails using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator- Access new trends in Human Resources: Digital HR Transformation (Bee Hi IA Chatbot Project - a virtual consultant to candidates), HR Agility (Work in short projects) and HR Analytics (Synthesize and visualize resumes obtained per week)- Actively participate in the implementation of the head office candidate recruitment process: sourcing, assessment and interview while maintaining an optimal candidate experience.

Responsibilities:- Ensure communication with beneficiary civil society organizations in French and Vietnamese.- Draft weekly service meeting reports.- Support Vietnamese-French and French-Vietnamese translations of working documents, presentations, reports, summaries.- Contribute to the creation and planning of the Facebook page of the OIF Representation in Asia and the Pacific.- Carry out all tasks assigned by the Regional Representative and trainee manager.
