I came to FPT to be a product guy when the team had 3 members. My leader had just started to form our team 3 months before. We began study FPT's products (website, mobile app, social network) and proposed some small improvement to persuade top managers to pay attention to product-view strategy. After 1 month since I joint, my team took in charge of designing SoHoa 1.0, which had weak performance at that time, to 2.0 version which is now currently online at http://sohoa.vnexpress.net/ . My colleagues and I restructured the content architecture of the site, redesigned all the interaction experience on every interface. The reborn one has now tripled unique visitors after 1 year of growth. SoHoa is the product I always smile when someone mention or remind me about it.After completing SoHoa 2.0 project, I left FPT to be back to start-up way with CNC Mobile. I participated in KPMG Hanoi internship program after 4 rounds of election. At that time, my background was economics student which did not contain much accounting or auditing courses. Thus I had to learn much more to keep track the works and fulfilled my roll in the audit team. I finished the internship by completing 8 audit jobs in 9 weeks (there's one lasted two weeks).The time with KPMG is great. That's when I learnt the collaboration habit in teamwork. Sometimes I still hang out with some interns who are know working for KPMG. It's good chance to meet them and be friends with such buddies.

I joint VNEC as a contract translator. I was accepted joining HRC when I started learning at Foreign Trade University - FTU. Together we built recruitment-information-channel which connected companies and FTU students. HRC also held another big event called BECF (Business & Economics Career Festival) which lasted during a whole year and attracted about 20.000 students in Hanoi. I was a member of Consultancy and Training department, which was in charge of organizing skill training courses and talkshows for students, and also took care HRC culture. Social activities with HRC bring me experiences and, especially, friends.
